Sangria: Tasting & Making

In this class, we will taste three different sangrias as we learn about the history and modern-day spins on this classic Spanish wine cocktail. After we taste the sangrias, the wines that they are made from, and various options for fortifying, we will make our own sangrias. Choose your wine base, your fruits, and other flavors, and then mix to your heart’s content. At the end of the class, each person will leave with their own jar of sangria to share with friends and family!
